Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) is an objective vocational assessment intended to identify alternate occupations for which a person is suited based on their experience, education and training. It is often used as a method of determining employability by Long Term Disability Insurers when adjudicating ongoing claim eligibility.
Vocational Evaluation
Vocational Evaluation is an objective vocational assessment intended to identify alternate occupations for which a person is suited based on their experience, education and training. This assessment practice is a robust measure of vocational abilities and is used in combination with labour market research questions about future earning capacity, income imputation, quantification of loss of competitive advantage, training required to achieve a target wage for personal independence, general employability and other questions can be objectively answered. This makes it a suitable service for personal injury law and family law. Because of its strength and complexity, credentials are also required to complete this service. Mr. Campbell is an International Certified Vocational Evaluator.
Labour Market Research
Labour Market Research is a service which investigates various aspects of an occupation such as wages in local area, prevalence of job opportunity, job demands, future employment outlook and other specific questions. It relies on research using existing information and requesting information from employers directly.
This is an underpinning to many vocational questions and is often used in combination with other services.
Pediatric Loss of Future Earnings
Pediatric Loss of Future Earnings is a complex analysis which quantifies the loss of career earnings for persons rendered impaired in childhood.
This service uses a combination of components to arrive at a conclusion. However, because of its distinct purpose it is listed as a stand alone service. Mr. Campbell has been retained on multiple occasions to estimate the vocational impact of injury for a child in medical malpractice and motor vehicle accident matters.
